5 Bedroom unique Ionian House, Perivolion

The 5 Bedroom unique Ionian House in Perivolion, Greece, is a spacious base for groups who want privacy and an easy rhythm between beach time and day trips. Set on the National Road Corfu – Leukimmi, the house suits travelers who prefer having their own pace rather than relying on a strict hotel schedule. Guests often mention the calm feel of the outdoor areas, including the terrace and the Japanese garden, which give the property a quieter, more restorative mood than many roadside stays. Inside, air conditioning helps keep the bedrooms comfortable, while free wired internet supports practical needs for planning or remote work.

The layout works well for families and friends traveling together, since a five-bedroom setup makes it easier to spread out and still eat together on-site. A BBQ area adds a simple way to turn evenings into something more than takeout, and the non-smoking policy throughout the house helps keep the shared spaces fresh. Reviews also point to the convenience of being close to Perivolion Beach, about 1 km away, so swimming and sunset walks are straightforward.

If you’re looking to balance relaxation with sightseeing, Kassiopi Castle is roughly 20 km away, while Corfu Town’s historic areas are within about 18 km for museums, waterfront strolls, and evening dining. For a change of scenery, Mon Repos Estate and Achilleion Palace are both around the 19–21 km range. Some guests note that the location is best for drivers, especially if you want to explore beyond Perivolion rather than staying strictly local.
