Fedra Guest House is a small, family-friendly guest house in Plakias, Greece, set on Nikolaou Plastira Street where the pace feels calmer than the beach strip. Several guests also highlight the outdoor space, with the garden and terrace giving you somewhere to reset after time in the sun.

Inside, the essentials are covered for a straightforward holiday. WiFi is available, and air conditioning helps you cool down when the weather turns warm. There’s also free parking on site, which matters in Plakias where having your own transport can make it easier to reach beaches and viewpoints at your own pace. Non-smoking rooms and family rooms are available, so different travel groups can find the right setup.

If you’re planning days around the coast, Plakias Beach is about 1 km away and Damnoni Beach is roughly 2 km, making it easy to choose between a lively shoreline and a quieter stretch. For culture, the Rethymno Archaeological Museum lies around 35 km from the property, a manageable day trip if you’re mixing beach time with history.

Fedra Guest House is best for couples, families, and solo explorers who prefer a relaxed, low-key base in Plakias rather than a busy hotel scene, and who value garden time, reliable basics, and convenient parking.
