Φ Villa by A&D Properties, Porto Rafti

Φ Villa by A&D Properties is a spacious five-bedroom villa in Porto Rafti, Greece, set in the Marikas Kotopouli area for guests who want privacy and room to spread out. The setting suits groups and families who prefer self-catering flexibility, with the added benefit of a terrace designed for relaxed outdoor time. Guests can reach Avlaki Beach on foot in about 10–15 minutes, making it easy to plan morning swims and late-afternoon walks along the coast. For day trips, Vorres Museum is roughly 20 km away and McArthurGlen Athens is about 26 km, so you can mix culture and shopping without complicated logistics.

The villa is air-conditioned, which matters in warm months, and it’s kept non-smoking throughout for a fresher indoor environment. Practical touches like luggage storage and express check-in/check-out help when you arrive with a full itinerary. If you’re traveling with a pet, the property allows pets, but you’ll want to confirm any house rules at booking. For meals at home, the fully equipped kitchen supports proper cooking rather than relying on takeout, and the BBQ facilities make it straightforward to host a casual dinner outdoors. After a day at the beach, massage services are available on-site, which many guests find helpful for unwinding.

With a guest rating of 9.5/10 based on two reviews, early impressions point to a calm, well-kept stay and a comfortable base for coastal exploring. Offsite parking is available with discounted rates, which can be useful for larger groups traveling by car. If you’re looking for a quieter stay near the sea rather than a hotel-style lobby experience, this villa fits well.
