Orama House by A&D Properties, Porto Rafti

Orama House by A&D Properties is a beachfront stay in Levanta, Porto Rafti, Greece, set up for travelers who want the sea close without giving up practical comforts. The apartment’s location makes it easy to spend unhurried time around Panorama Beach and Avlaki EOT Beach, then return to a quieter base for the evening. It’s also a useful launch point for culture, with the Archaeological Site of Vravrona about 5 km away, plus coastal scenery toward Sounion within a short drive.

This is best for couples and small families who prefer a self-contained rhythm—morning swims, afternoons at the shore, and home-cooked flexibility—rather than living strictly around hotel schedules. Guests have praised the overall experience strongly, with a 10/10 rating from the limited review history, suggesting a high level of satisfaction from the people who have stayed.

Day-to-day comfort is supported by air conditioning, and the practical touches help you travel lighter, including an ironing service. If you’re planning to explore beyond Porto Rafti, the property can arrange car hire and offers a shuttle service for an additional charge. Parking is also addressed with offsite parking and discounted rates available, which matters in this coastal area.

Cleanliness and safety procedures are clearly part of the stay: guest rooms are disinfected between stays, staff follow local safety protocols, and tableware and silverware are sanitized. For peace of mind, a first aid kit is available. In short, Orama House by A&D Properties suits guests who want a calm Levanta base with beach access, reliable comfort, and a strong focus on hygiene.
