Iguana studio 2, Preveza

Iguana studio 2 is a simple, family-friendly stay in Preveza, Greece, located in the Μύτικα area of Kastrosikia. If you’re arriving by car, the free parking is a practical advantage, and the property also notes offsite parking with discounted rates, which helps when you’re planning day trips around Epirus. The studio setup suits travelers who want a quiet base rather than a busy city address, and the outdoor swimming pool is a key draw for warm-weather downtime, with a fence around the pool for added safety.

On-site comfort is supported by air conditioning, and you can stay connected with free wired internet. Reviews are limited, but the overall guest rating of 6/10 from two reviews suggests a mixed experience—some guests may find it adequate for short stays, while others may want to see more consistency before committing. For families, the fact that children are allowed can matter, and the pool environment is the main place where younger guests can unwind.

The wider area is where this location pays off. You can reach Kastrosikia Beach in about 2 km for a beach day, and the Monastery of Agios Dimitrios of Zaloggo is roughly 8 km away for a cultural outing. Preveza’s port and town centre are around 8–9 km, giving you options for meals and evening walks when you don’t want to cook at the studio. Pets are also allowed, making Iguana studio 2 a sensible choice for road-trip travelers who don’t want to leave their animals behind.
