Villa Julia, Sani Beach

Villa Julia is a private four-bedroom villa in Sani Beach, Greece, set on Αντεους and designed for guests who want space, calm, and a home-like rhythm. With a 9.8/10 guest rating from nine reviews, it’s the kind of stay where people tend to comment on the overall comfort and the ease of settling in. The villa’s terrace is a highlight for downtime, while the Japanese garden adds a quiet, lived-in atmosphere that feels removed from the bustle without being far from the coast.

Outdoor time is straightforward here: Sani Dunes Beach and Sani Club Beach are about 1 km away, and the Sani Wetlands are roughly 2 km from the property for a change of scenery beyond the shoreline. If you’re planning days around nature and water, this location supports both beach lounging and low-key exploring. For getting around, free wired internet helps you stay connected, and air conditioning is there for warmer hours when you’d rather stay indoors. Parking is available via self parking with a surcharge, with offsite parking at discounted rates also mentioned for guests who drive.

This is best for families and small groups who value privacy and a bit of independence, especially those who like having their own kitchen setup and the option to manage meals at their own pace. Couples also find it appealing when they want a quieter base with outdoor areas, rather than a hotel routine. Reviewers’ satisfaction suggests the villa works well for longer, slower stays where comfort and atmosphere matter as much as proximity to the beach.
