HOTEL AND SPA SISSI BAY, SISSI

HOTEL AND SPA SISSI BAY is a 4-star retreat in Sissi, Greece, designed for travelers who want a quieter base near the north coast. Reviews commonly highlight the calm garden setting and an atmosphere that feels more restful than the busier strips of nearby Malia. The hotel’s spa is a key draw for guests who like to schedule recovery time between beach days, and the outdoor pool adds an easy, low-effort option for afternoons when you don’t want to travel. Dining is another frequent talking point, with guests appreciating the way meals fit the pace of a holiday in Crete.

The hotel is located in Sissi, and while the exact street address isn’t provided here, it’s positioned so that Malia Beach is about 3 km away and the Minoan Palace of Malia is roughly 4 km from the property. That makes day trips straightforward: you can spend the morning at the palace and return for a late swim or a spa session. Agios Nikolaos is about 20 km away for travelers who want a broader town experience, waterfront views, and more restaurant choices.

On the ground, couples often mention enjoying the tranquil surroundings and the sense of privacy, while families tend to value the pool and the ability to reach the coast without complicated logistics. Solo travelers also report that the area works well for relaxed exploration, especially if you’re planning a mix of beach time and cultural stops. If you’re sensitive to noise, the Sissi setting is typically quieter than central Malia, but you’ll still be close enough to change plans on short notice.
