ATHANASIA APARTMENTS, Skiathos Town

ATHANASIA APARTMENTS is a small, apartment-style stay in Skiathos Town, Greece, set on Mitropolitou Ananiou. The address places you within easy reach of the town’s everyday rhythm, from the shops and promenades around Skiathos Town Square to the lanes that lead toward the waterfront. For beach time, Megali Ammos Beach is roughly 2 km away, while Papadiamantis House is about 2 km from the property, making it straightforward to mix culture with downtime.

Guests consistently praise the practical comfort and calm feel, reflected in the exceptional 9.7/10 guest rating from 46 reviews. Many travellers mention that the apartments suit real holiday routines—spreading out, storing luggage, and stepping out when you want to explore—rather than feeling like a one-size-fits-all hotel. Families in particular appreciate the availability of family rooms, while couples value the quiet, non-smoking environment and the chance to unwind on the terrace after a day on the island.

On-site, air conditioning helps you stay comfortable during warmer hours, and the terrace gives you a simple place to reset. Support services are also part of the appeal: a tour desk can help shape your itinerary, and car hire is available for island days beyond town. If you’re arriving by vehicle, discounted offsite parking rates are offered, which can make logistics easier.

ATHANASIA APARTMENTS is best for couples and families who want an apartment base in Skiathos Town with quick access to the main sights, while still having the option to plan beach days like Koukounaries Beach, around 12 km away.
