Rigas Zoi 1, Skiathos Town

Rigas Zoi 1 is a one-bedroom apartment in Skiathos Town, Greece, set on Αγίου Νικολάου in the Agios Nikolaos area. It’s a practical base for travelers who want to move around the town on foot while still having the option to reach beaches and the port without long transfers. The apartment is kept comfortable with air conditioning, and guests can stay connected with free wired internet and general internet access. Because the property is non-smoking throughout, it suits visitors who prefer a fresher indoor environment.

The surrounding area makes day planning simple: Papadiamantis House is about 1 km away, and Megali Ammos Beach is roughly 1.5 km from the apartment, so you can alternate between culture and sea time. If your itinerary includes ferry connections or island-hopping, Skiathos Port is around 2 km, which helps when you’re timing departures.

Reviewers rate Rigas Zoi 1 at 9/10 based on three reviews, and the feedback points to a stay that feels straightforward and comfortable rather than fussy. That small sample size means it’s best for guests who value consistency and location over a long list of facilities. If you’re a couple or a solo explorer, the apartment’s compact setup and town access can be a good match for relaxed days—morning walks to sights, afternoons at the beach, and evenings back in a quiet, non-smoking space.

Check-in runs from 2:00 PM to midnight, with check-out at 11:00 AM, so it works well for travelers arriving later in the day and keeping a clean, timed departure.
