DN Beach Coast Villa by "elite" is a family-friendly stay in Skinária, Greece, set on Mikro Nisi (micro nisi zakynthos), where sea air and quiet surroundings shape the day. With a guest rating of 10/10 from 8 reviews, visitors consistently describe it as a calm base for exploring Zakynthos, especially for groups who want space and an easy rhythm between beach time and drives. A Japanese garden adds a peaceful touch for slow mornings, and the outdoor setting is a natural place to linger when the light softens.

Location matters here: Skinária Beach is about 1 km away, so you can reach the shoreline quickly without turning every outing into a long trip. For iconic scenery, Navagio Beach (Shipwreck Beach) is roughly 23 km by road, and the Blue Caves are around 28 km, both best tackled with a car and a flexible schedule. Reviews also point to the practical side of the stay—parking is available with free parking noted in the property policies, and there’s self parking (surcharge) plus covered parking, which can help if you’re arriving with multiple vehicles.

This is best for families and road-trip travelers who prefer a quieter coastal base rather than being in the middle of town, and who want straightforward comfort, reliable connectivity, and nearby access to Zakynthos’ most photographed landscapes.
