Marea Studios, Symi

Marea Studios is a small-stay option in Symi, Greece, set in the Pitini area where the pace feels calmer than the busiest parts of town. The apartments are air-conditioned, and many guests appreciate the practical setup for longer stays, including free wired internet and an in-room kitchenette for simple meals. If you like starting the day slowly, the terrace is a standout feature, and the Japanese garden gives the property a quieter, more contemplative feel than typical studio blocks.

Guests also highlight the ease of settling in on arrival, with check-in timed for late afternoons and evenings. For orientation, you’re about 1 km from Symi Harbor and roughly 2 km from Pedi Beach, so you can choose between a waterfront stroll and a beach day without needing complicated planning.

The surrounding Symi landscape is part of the appeal here: mornings can be spent wandering toward the harbor, while afternoons are ideal for heading out to the island’s coves and viewpoints. Families may value the family-room setup and the ability to handle snacks and light meals in-house, while couples often gravitate to the terrace-and-garden combination for relaxed downtime. Overall, Marea Studios works best for travelers who want a peaceful Symi base with reliable comfort and a quiet outdoor corner to return to after exploring.
