Ostria Hotel Thassos is a simple 1-star base in Thasos (Limenas), suited to travelers who want to spend more time outside and less time on hotel logistics. Reviews commonly mention the practical, no-fuss atmosphere and a welcoming, family-run feel, with guests appreciating that staff are willing to help with local directions and day plans. The hotel’s address isn’t specified here, but it’s described as being in the heart of town, which typically means you’re close to the main lanes and evening bustle of Limenas. From there, the Ancient Agora of Thasos is roughly 1 km away, making it easy to combine museum time with a walk through the historic core. For a bigger outing, the Ancient Theatre of Thasos and the Acropolis are a short ride or longer walk from the center, around 4–5 km.

As a budget property, Ostria Hotel Thassos is best for solo explorers, couples on a tight schedule, and families who prefer essentials over extras.
