Thes house, Thessaloniki

Thes house is a family-friendly apartment in Thessaloniki, Greece, set on Λυσιμάχου Καυταντζόγλου 32, an address that puts you within easy reach of the city’s main sights. Guests typically like the practical layout, with a bedroom and a living room that work well for both short breaks and longer stays. The home is air-conditioned, which matters in Thessaloniki’s warmer months, and it’s kept non-smoking throughout for a fresher indoor feel. Free wired internet is available, so remote work and planning your day’s route is straightforward.

Location is the big draw: you can get to the Rotunda and Arch of Galerius in about 2 km, and the central sights around Aristotelous Square and the White Tower are also roughly 2 km away. That makes it easier to explore on foot, then return to a quieter base when you want a break. Several travelers mention that having key access helps with flexible arrivals, and they appreciate the straightforward, self-sufficient setup.

Because the property offers family rooms and non-smoking rooms, it tends to suit groups who want a calm indoor environment rather than a nightlife-focused stay. Solo explorers also report that the internet and air conditioning make it easy to settle in after busy sightseeing days. If you’re planning a city break built around museums, heritage sites, and evening meals in nearby districts like Ladadika, Thes house gives you a comfortable, low-fuss base with the essentials covered.
