VIP Apt. Pezodromos Kalamarias, Thessaloniki

VIP Apt. Pezodromos Kalamarias is a Thessaloniki, Greece apartment stay set on Κομνηνών 78, a practical base for exploring both the city’s landmarks and the Kalamaria side of town. With a guest rating of 9.3/10 from 80 reviews, it’s a strong pick for travelers who value quiet indoors and smooth logistics. Several guests highlight the soundproof rooms, which help when you’re returning after a busy day in central Thessaloniki. Air conditioning is a welcome detail for warmer months, and the terrace gives you a private spot to reset without leaving the building.

The apartment’s location works well for sightseeing: the White Tower is roughly 4 km away, Aristotelous Square is about 3 km, and Macedonia Square sits around 4 km from the property. That means you can plan a mix of waterfront time along Paralia and urban wandering through the main squares without relying entirely on taxis. For practical needs, the lift makes moving around easier, and luggage storage helps if your plans don’t match the check-in window. Non-smoking rooms support a comfortable stay for sensitive guests, while the safety deposit box adds peace of mind for valuables. Offsite parking is available with discounted rates, which can be useful if you’re road-tripping through northern Greece.
