Melanthia Villas, Tsivarás

Melanthia Villas is a standout stay in Tsivarás, Greece, set along the Επαρχιακή Οδός Αποκορώνου - Χανίων road, where the pace slows and the coast is close enough to build your days around the sea. With a guest rating of 9.8/10 from 20 reviews, recent visitors consistently highlight smooth arrivals thanks to private check-in/check-out and the express service that helps you settle quickly. The villas are designed for comfort in warm weather, with air conditioning and non-smoking rooms, and they work well for groups who want space to spread out on the terrace.

For families, the setup is practical: family rooms are available, and pets are allowed, which makes it easier to travel without leaving companions behind. Couples also tend to like the quiet, residential feel of Tsivarás, especially when planning beach days around nearby Kalives Beach (about 1 km) and Kera Beach (around 2 km). If you’re looking to get out beyond the shoreline, the White Mountains (Lefka Ori) are roughly 35 km away for day trips that trade sand for scenery.

One of the reasons guests return to this area is the mix of easy coastal access and inland variety, and Melanthia Villas supports that with BBQ facilities for simple evenings in. Offsite parking is available with discounted rates, which is useful if you’re touring around Chania and the surrounding villages. Overall, the feedback points to a calm, well-managed base for travelers who want privacy, reliable logistics, and quick access to the beaches of the Chania region.
