Mariliza's Spacious Maisonette Close to Beaches, Violi Charaki

Mariliza's Spacious Maisonette Close to Beaches is a 4-star stay in Violi Charaki, Greece, suited to travelers who want space and an easy rhythm between beach time and local sightseeing. The maisonette’s address on Μάρκου Αβατζου Ατσιποπουλο places you within reach of Koumbes Beach, about 1.2 km away, so mornings can start with a short walk and a swim before the day’s plans. Inside, the layout is designed for groups and families, with air conditioning for warmer hours and a terrace for quieter downtime. A BBQ setup lets you build simple evenings around shared meals, and luggage storage plus express check-in/check-out helps when arrival and departure times are tight.

Guests who have stayed here commonly mention the practical feel of the space—people tend to appreciate having room to spread out rather than squeezing into a standard hotel setup. Families often highlight the convenience of having a self-contained base for day trips, while groups value the ability to relax together on the terrace after a busy afternoon. For culture and atmosphere, Rethymno Old Town is roughly 12 km from the property, and Arkadi Monastery is about 18 km away for history-focused outings. If your itinerary includes the wider region, Samaria Gorge is farther afield at around 74 km, best handled as a full-day excursion.

Mariliza's Spacious Maisonette Close to Beaches is best for families and small groups seeking a comfortable, home-like base near the coast, with the option to cook, dine outdoors, and explore Rethymno at their own pace.
