Best For
- Pet owners who need a pet-friendly base in Cormano, since pets are allowed and the property provides food and water bowls
- Travelers who prefer a quieter base outside central Milan while still being within about 8–9 km of major sights like Sforza Castle and the Milan Cathedral
- Guests who can work with limited services and request-based housekeeping, since housekeeping is available on request rather than guaranteed daily
- Mobility-conscious travelers who can use stairs for upper floors, given that upper floors are accessible by stairs only (and the property is wheelchair accessible overall)
Not Ideal For
- Guests who rely on consistently positive service quality, since the rating is very low and based on only two reviews
- Travelers who need very flexible check-in timing, because check-in is only available until 10:00 PM and starts at 3:00 PM
- Light sleepers or anyone sensitive to comfort trade-offs, since no specific soundproofing or comfort details are provided and the low rating suggests potential issues
What to Expect
You arrive at Via 4 Novembre in Cormano and get settled in a garden setting, with an express-style check-in process available. The area feels like a residential base from which you can reach Milan’s major landmarks such as Sforza Castle and the Milan Cathedral, though you’ll be traveling the distance rather than walking to them. In the morning, you’ll likely plan around a 10:00 AM check-out and use the on-request housekeeping approach. With only two reviews and a 3/10 rating, the overall stay experience appears to have disappointed recent guests, so expectations should be cautious.
