The host charges this 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.Please note that usual check-in time is from 15:00 till 18:00. Checking in after 18:00 is possible for a fee of EUR 30. After 22:00 it is EUR 50. Please note that windows are restricted and can only be opened for ventilation. This is to minimize noise complaints from the neighbors. Please note that this property is situated within a residential area, and therefore noise disturbances have to be kept to a minimum between 24:00 and 07:00 hrs. Please note that the full payment needs to be completed before arrival by PayPal, Credit Card or Bank Transfer.
