Gutierrez Apartment is a family-friendly apartment stay in Alicante, Spain, set on Carrer de Garcia Gutierrez, 33, an address that puts you within easy reach of both the city’s sights and the coast. With an overall guest rating of 8.9/10 from 24 reviews, it’s the kind of place travelers describe as comfortable and straightforward for day-to-day living rather than a hotel-style experience.

The apartment’s practical comforts matter here: air conditioning helps with warm Alicante afternoons, and the non-smoking setup suits guests who prefer cleaner indoor air. Families also note the value of kids’ outdoor play equipment, plus beach toys that make it easier to pack light when heading to the shore. Free wired internet is another detail that stands out for travelers who need to stay connected during a short break.

Location-wise, you can build a simple itinerary on foot. Postiguet Beach is about a 15-minute walk (around 1.5 km), while Alicante’s Central Market and the Museo de Arte Contemporáneo de Alicante (MACA) are roughly 900 m away, making it easy to switch between beach time and culture.
