Apartamentos Baupres, Altea

Apartamentos Baupres is a 3-star apartment-style stay in Altea, Spain, suited to travellers who want the flexibility of a home base rather than a strictly hotel-led schedule. Guests tend to mention the practical, apartment feel, with the kind of everyday comfort that helps you settle in quickly, whether you’re travelling solo or with family. Reviews commonly highlight the ease of getting out to Altea’s waterfront and old-town lanes, so you can alternate between quiet downtime and sightseeing without long commutes.

The property’s location in the Altea area puts you within about 1 km of Playa de Altea and roughly 1.3 km of the Church of Our Lady of Consolation, two anchors for first-time visitors. From here, it’s also straightforward to reach the marina area in around 2 km, where you’ll find more casual dining and a pleasant setting for evening walks. If you prefer a little nature, the wider coastal landscape around Altea makes it easy to plan day trips and short excursions toward the Sierra Helada Natural Park, about 10 km away.

Apartamentos Baupres is a good match for couples seeking a low-key base, families who like having space and routines, and anyone who values being close to both beach time and cultural stops. You’ll also hear from guests who appreciate the calm, residential atmosphere compared with busier seafront strips, making it easier to rest between outings. If you’re the type who likes to pace your days—morning strolls, midday beach breaks, and unhurried dinners—this is the kind of stay that supports that rhythm.
