La Llosuca Rural, Ambás

La Llosuca Rural is a countryside stay in Ambás, Spain, set at Aldea Ambas 1, where the landscape does most of the talking. With a standout guest rating of 9.8/10 from a single review, the emphasis is clearly on a calm, personal experience rather than a high-traffic hotel feel. Check-in runs from 5:00 PM to midnight, and check-out is at 12:00 PM, which helps you plan full days outdoors. The property is non-smoking throughout, with non-smoking rooms and private check-in/check-out for a smoother arrival. Families will appreciate the availability of family rooms, while groups can make use of board games and puzzles on quieter evenings. If you’re travelling with a pet, pets are allowed, and that can make a real difference for longer stays.

For meals and downtime, the terrace is a natural gathering point, and BBQ facilities make it easy to keep plans flexible without needing to rush out every evening. The surrounding area suits active travellers: you can base yourself for hikes and biking in the wider Picos de Europa National Park region, roughly 50 km away. Culture is within reach too, with the Museo Evaristo Valle about 20 km from the hotel. If you want a mix of rural quiet and day-trip options, this is the kind of place that fits best for couples seeking peace, families who want space, and solo explorers who prefer nature-led itineraries. One reviewer’s high score suggests the stay is especially well matched to guests who value practical comfort, a relaxed pace, and the freedom to cook or unwind outdoors.
