- Towels, sheets and toilet paper are included upon arrival, however, replacement or change during your stay is not included.- Baby cot:Price: 30.00 GBP per reservation. Not guaranteed, guests must request it 24-48 hours in advance and, if available, we will provide it.-Extra guest:Each additional guest not included in the reservation will have a charge of 10 € per night.- Late arrival:- Our check-in time is from 3:00 PM. at 7 PM, Monday to Friday (consult us if you want to check in earlier). Outside of this schedule, we will charge 30€ in cash, after 10 PM it will be 50 EUR and from 1 AM 100 euros- If the arrival day is a local or national holiday, weekends, the cost will be 30 EUR until 10 pm, after 10 pm it will be 50 EUR and from 1 am 100 euros- If the arrival day is 24/12, 25/12, 26/12, 31/12 and 01/01 the charges will be as follows: 50 EUR until 22:00, from 22:00 100 euros and after 1:00 150 euros- SMOKING IS NOT PERMITTED under any circumstances. Receiving a complaint or having evidence of smoking in the apartment will result in immediate eviction from the apartment and a fine of at least 400 euros. Smoking is prohibited in the apartment and the patio.- NO PARTIES OR MEETINGS ARE ALLOWED under any circumstances. If we receive a complaint and/or the police, security or neighbors intervene, you will have to pay a fine of 500€ (in addition to the police fine).
