ApartEasy - Eixample Center, Barcelona

ApartEasy - Eixample Center is a practical base for exploring Barcelona, Spain, with apartments suited to travelers who want space and independence rather than a traditional hotel room. Located on Enric Granados, 97 in the Eixample area, it’s well placed for getting around the city on foot and by public transport. The property is family-friendly, and the presence of a lift helps when you’re moving between floors with kids or luggage. Air conditioning is a meaningful comfort in Barcelona’s warmer months, and free wired internet supports guests who need to stay connected during their trip. Non-smoking rooms and non-smoking throughout also make it easier to settle in after a day out.

Guest feedback is mixed, with an overall rating of 6.4/10 from 16 reviews, so it’s worth calibrating expectations. Some visitors focus on the convenience of the apartment-style setup and the ability to manage daily routines more easily, while others suggest the experience may not be consistently polished. If you’re traveling as a family, this can still work well because children are allowed and the neighborhood feel is geared toward day-to-day living.

For sightseeing, you can reach La Pedrera and Casa Batlló in about 1 km, two of Eixample’s most recognizable Modernist landmarks. Sagrada Família is roughly 2.6 km away for a longer walk or a quick ride, and the central Gothic Quarter is around 3.9 km for evenings when you want historic streets and dining. Overall, ApartEasy - Eixample Center is best for families and independent travelers who prioritize location and apartment-style convenience over consistently high scores.
