You may smoke on the balcony - please use an ashtray and do not throw cigaret butts on the floor. If smoke, burns, or any related damage is found, a minimum 250EUR cleaning/damage fee will apply.Sorry, no pets are allowed in the apartment.Do not leave the key inside the lock when you leave, or you will not be able to reenter, and a locksmith will need to be called at your expense.Forgotten keys requiring emergency assistance: 50EUR.If locks need to be changed: from 200EUR.Lost or unreturned keys: 180EUR per set.Late check-out without prior agreement: 50EUR per hour.Only guests listed on the reservation are allowed to stay.
