Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.Please inform Don Moustache Boutique Hostel in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.A damage deposit of EUR 50 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.This property does not have a 24-hour reception.The check-in time starts from 14.00h (02:00PM) till 23.30h (11:30PM) and check-out is until 11.30h (11:30am).All credit/Debit card payments have a 5% surcharge.The name on the credit card used for the reservation must correspond to the guest staying at the property.On CHECK-IN TIME, it is mandatory to scan an original identification document (if you are outside Europe, only the passport must be required), we do not accept any type of photocopy of document s (ID OR PASSPORT) according to the “ORGANIC LAW 4/2015 OF MARCH 30, on the protection od citizen security in its article 25”,If you don’t have identification, you will not be able to stay at our hostel.The rate includes 1 suitcase and 1 piece of hand luggage, and extra suitcase or luggage will have an extra charge of EUR 5 per day.Please note that we not have any space to keep your luggage after CHECK-OUT, due to lack of space.Do not allow any kind of BICI or E-ESCOOTERS, because we do not have any space for BICI or E-ESCOOTERS.You are not allowed to eat or drink anything (chocolate, juice, coke, beer, fruit, meal, etc.) inside the dorm accept bottle of a water.We have kitchen, but we do not allow cooking, you can only heat up your prepared food.The towel we provide is free of cost and please make sure to use it only for shower purpose. Do not use it out of the hostel (taking to beach) or to clean make up or any kind of stain. If you do so, we will charge you extra 20€ EUROS as a penalty.We have opening and closing hours for kitchen and showers. Please respect the timings. we open 08.00h-11.15h (08:00am to 11:15am) and close for cleaning 11.15h-14.00h (11:15am to 02:00pm), and re-opens from 14.00h-23.30h (02:00pm to 11:30pm).Don Moustache Hostel is not responsible for lost or stolen articles or any values.Visitors are not allowed at any time.You should use only the given bed for you. You are not allowed to use another bed, if you do so we will charge the whole day amount in extra as penalty, so please make sure to respect it.If you do not follow any hostel rules, you will be checked out due to violating hostel rules.If you have any question, please do not hesitate to contact us for any further information.When booking 8 beds or more, different policies and additional supplements may apply.The property will contact you after booking to provide instructions.
