Location matters here: you can reach Plaça de Catalunya and Las Ramblas on foot in minutes, and the Gothic Quarter is also close enough for an evening wander. Port Vell sits around 2.3 km from the property if you want a waterfront change of pace.

Guest feedback is limited, with a 4.5/10 score based on just two reviews, so expectations should be set carefully. Some travelers may appreciate the straightforward, apartment-style stay and the convenience of being near major attractions, while others may find the experience doesn’t match what they hoped for due to the small sample size. There is no parking available, which is worth factoring in if you’re arriving by car.

Best for city-focused travelers and families who prioritize central access, air conditioning, and reliable wired internet over on-site parking.
