THE 8 Boutique B&B is a small 3-star property in Barcelona, Spain, set on Calle Aragon 281 in the Eixample area, making it a practical base for getting around on foot and by metro. With just a limited number of rooms, the stay feels personal rather than crowded, and guests consistently note the calm, homey atmosphere after a day of sightseeing. Check-in runs from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM, so plan arrivals accordingly, and check-out is at 12:00 PM.

The front desk has limited hours, but tour and ticket assistance helps when you want to lock in popular sights without spending your evening figuring it out. If you’re driving, parking is available but limited, with self parking offered for a surcharge.
Location-wise, you’re within easy reach of major Barcelona highlights. Casa Batlló is about 1 km away, and Passeig de Gràcia is roughly the same distance for architecture, shopping, and people-watching. Sagrada Família is around 2 km from the property, while the Gothic Quarter sits about 3 km away for historic streets and evening dining. Park Güell is farther but still walkable in sections, about 4 km away.
Best for couples and solo explorers who want a compact, design-minded base with helpful on-the-ground support, not a large hotel experience.
