For daytime wandering, Plaza Mayor Square is around 0.5 km and Aiguera Park about 1 km, giving you easy options for an unhurried stroll. Air conditioning and heating help smooth out the weather swings, and the lift makes it easier to come and go without hauling luggage. Non-smoking throughout is a plus if you’re sensitive to smells.

Some travelers have pointed to the apartment’s size and practicality for families, while others have suggested that the overall experience may not feel consistently polished compared with higher-rated stays. One practical note for road-trippers: parking is not available, so plan to use nearby public options before you arrive.
Best for families and road-trip groups who want a larger base in Benidorm’s Old Town and don’t mind managing parking, while still valuing climate control, a lift, and a non-smoking environment.
