Hotel Poseidon Playa is a 3-star hotel in Benidorm, Spain. Rated 8.4 out of 10 based on 2,408 guest reviews.
Hotel Poseidon Playa is a straightforward, family-friendly 3-star base in Benidorm, Spain, set on Racharel, 1 near the lively Levante beachfront. The location suits travellers who want an easy rhythm of sand, swimming, and short trips to major sights without over-planning. Check-in runs from 4:00 PM to midnight, and check-out is at 12:00 PM, which helps when you’re arriving late from a road trip or day excursions.
Guests consistently highlight the outdoor swimming pool and the on-site restaurant as reliable anchors after time outdoors, with many reviewers mentioning that the clubhouse atmosphere keeps kids entertained without needing to leave the property. The hotel also works well for groups because there are family rooms and non-smoking rooms, plus a lift for easier access. Air conditioning is a practical touch in Benidorm’s warmer months, and the safety deposit box adds peace of mind for passports and valuables.
In the surrounding area, you can reach Elche Park in about 1 km for a calmer stroll, then continue toward the Mediterranean promenade for sea views and an easy walk. Terra Mítica is roughly 4 km away for theme-park days, while Benidorm’s Old Town (Casco Antiguo) is around 3.5 km for tapas and evening atmosphere.
With an 8.4/10 guest rating from 2408 reviews, Hotel Poseidon Playa tends to appeal to families and road-trip travellers looking for a comfortable, no-fuss stay close to the action, rather than a property that depends on luxury or nightlife noise.
