A check-in in another location would have an additional cost of €15 for each trip. Delays in arrival beyond the agreed time would have a cost of €15 per hour. These are procedures requested by the National Police.Please note that after 8:00 PM, only urgent incidents will be attended to; other incidents will incur an additional charge. Late check-out will incur an additional charge starting at €60 due to the extra cleaning time required.- Check-in is available until 8:00 PM. After this time, a fee of EUR 20 will be charged. Multiple check-ins are subject to a fee of EUR 15 per trip. Late arrivals are subject to a fee of EUR 15 per hour.-The primary guest must be at least 18 years old to make a reservation.-Guests will be asked to sign a rental agreement upon confirmation of their reservation.-Guests are responsible for any damage or extra cleaning costs incurred during their stay.-Smoking is not permitted.-Parties, events, and excessive noise are not permitted.-Pets are not permitted.-Failure to comply with the rules will result in a fine of $66 or €60.-Please note that after 8:00 p.m., only urgent incidents will be attended to.
