La Hispañola, El Campello

La Hispañola is a small, non-smoking stay in El Campello, Spain, set on Carrer de Dragonera and a short ride from the area’s best beach stretches. With a salt-water pool, air conditioning, and a shared lounge/TV area, the hotel suits travelers who want downtime that doesn’t require leaving the property. Guests also have access to a shared kitchen, which can be handy for simple breakfast plans or storing snacks after a day at the coast. The shared spaces are designed for an easy, social rhythm, while the staff follow local safety protocols and disinfect guest rooms between stays.

Location matters here: Muchavista Beach is about 600 meters away and San Juan Beach is under a kilometer, so morning swims and late-afternoon walks are realistic without long transfers. If you’re looking beyond the sand, Santa Bárbara Castle in Alicante is roughly 12 kilometers from the hotel, and Cabo de las Huertas is around 4 kilometers for coastal scenery.

Reviewers rate La Hispañola at 9.2/10 across 33 reviews, and the feedback tends to highlight the calm, well-kept feel of the property and the practical comfort of air-conditioned rooms. Many guests mention that the salt-water pool and shared areas make it easy to relax between outings, while others appreciate the cleanliness routines and the non-smoking environment.

La Hispañola is best for couples and families who prefer a beach-focused base with straightforward, shared-space living rather than a fully private setup, and who value being close to the shoreline in El Campello.
