Casita en Empuriabrava con jardin AV-17, Girona

Casita en Empuriabrava con jardin AV-17 is a holiday home in Girona, Spain, set along Carrer Mare de la Font/castellonou, where the Japanese garden and outdoor furniture give you a calm, private place to reset between outings. The property is geared toward practical stays: air conditioning helps with warm days, and the terrace works well for quiet breakfasts or evening downtime. With pets allowed and a non-smoking policy throughout, it can suit travellers who want comfort without compromising on basic house rules. Reviews are limited, but the overall guest rating of 6/10 from three reviews suggests a mixed experience, so it’s worth checking expectations carefully before you commit.

In the wider area, you can plan your days around the coast of Empuriabrava, about 5 km away, or head toward the Aiguamolls de l’Empordà Natural Park (around 12 km) for birdlife and walking routes. If you prefer culture, Figueres is roughly 19 km from the home, making it a workable base for the Dalí Theatre-Museum. For families, beach toys listed among the amenities make it easier to travel light for sea days, while the garden setting offers a place to unwind when the weather turns.

Best for couples, small families, and pet owners who want a quieter base near Empuriabrava’s beaches and nature, and who are comfortable staying in a straightforward holiday home rather than a hotel with on-site services.
