The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. If guests do not receive the agreement on time, they should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation.Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.A damage deposit of EUR 850 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.Please note that the total amount of the reservation must be paid in advance. Once a booking has been made, the property manager will contact the guest directly to arrange payment and to provide the address and key collection details. Please note that the air conditioning and/or heating costs, charged in certain periods, are not included in the rate. Please note that air conditioning carries an additional charge of EUR 23.57 per day. Please note that heating carries an additional charge of EUR 27.14 per day. It is possible to rent a high chair and/or a playpen for an additional cost.
