We do not leave additional bedding or towels.b) For stays of up to 2 weeks (14 nights), we leave the beds made and two shower towels and two hand towels per guest. We do not leave additional bedding.c) For stays of 15 nights or more, we leave the beds made + two shower towels and two hand towels per guest + additional bedding.d) For stays of 15 nights or more, the home will be cleaned every 7 days starting from the day of check-in. The cost of each cleaning (€40) will be requested from the guest once the service has been completed.e) If you think you will need more towels or sheets, please request them in advance. Remember: €5 each set of extra towels: €10 each set of extra sheets or blanket. If it is requested after checking in, keep in mind that it will be €10 more for the delivery service.A.2. Cleaning and food suppliesAt the accommodations we leave basic complimentary items (some rolls of toilet paper, hand soap, dish soap, some garbage bags...) so that you have the minimum until you can organize the purchase of the items you need for your stay . Regarding food, due to the health crisis, we avoid leaving food products open and belonging to other guests. You may find some sugar, some oil, some tea... but in no case do we guarantee that you will be able to find a variety of products. We discard, for obvious hygiene reasons, everything that may have been handled by previous users. Please remember that you are not in a hotel.B) Breaks and damagesThe cost that the loss or deterioration of the following elements of the home will entail will be the following:1)Lost or forgotten keys: full invoice from the locksmith2)Breakage/loss of: kitchen furniture; large household appliance (including Television); interior doors; windows; wooden furniture and/or cabinets; Terrace furniture; taps; bathroom screen; sanitary; mirrors: full invoice for the replacement of the broken or missing element.3) Breakage/loss of small appliance: €30 (except microwave €70)4) Breakage/loss of kitchen glassware (glasses, plates, cups, small bowls): €2 per piece5)Broken/lost large bowls (metal/glass): €7 per piece.6)Broken/lost cauldrons and/or pans: €10 per piece.7)Breakage/loss of other kitchen utensils: €3 per piece.8) Breakage/loss of dining table: full deposit9)Broken/lost dining chairs: €100 per piece10)Breakage/loss of other auxiliary tables in bedrooms or living room: €150 per piece11)Breakage/loss of decoration elements (paintings, figures, sculptures, baskets, boxes, room and/or sofa cushions included, decorative blankets): €30 per piece12)Breakage/loss of auxiliary lamps in bedrooms and/or living room: €50 per piece13) Breakage/loss of sofa: full deposit14) Break/loss of carpet or curtains: €25015)Break/loss of bed linen or bathroom linen: €30 per piece.16) Wine stains, grease, etc. on sofa, curtains, carpets: €80 per stained piece.17)Broken/lost ironing board/clothesline: €20C)Prohibited activities and other issues to take into account.• It is not allowed to smoke• Pets will have an additional supplement of €50• Parties and events are not allowed• Check in: from 4:00 p.m. – Check out: until 12:00 a.m.• Check in at night (from 10:30 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.) has a supplement of €20.• Silence is requested after 10:00 p.m. C) CHECK OUT –D) Accommodations conditions upon check out• The house must be left in a reasonable state of cleanliness and order.• All dishes must be clean and collected. You cannot leave dirty dishes.• The kitchen must be free of open food on the countertops or refrigerators. You can only leave food that is reusable (sugar, salt, oil, teas, etc.). All half-eaten or waste food must be thrown in the trash.• It is necessary to take out the trash. It cannot be left in the apartment.• Soiled bedding should be left folded on the bed.• Dirty towels should be left folded on the toilet.• Air conditioning/heating should be left offIMPORTANT: If we receive the apartment in inadequate conditions, we will proceed to request an additional €50, without prejudice to the amounts indicated above in the event of breakages or losses.E) Traveling with children under 12 years of age• Parents must be responsible at all times for the behavior of their children, avoiding breakage of furniture and belongings.• Any breakage/damage must be reported and the replacement cost of the breakage or damage must be paid.• Avoid feeding children on sofas, armchairs or chairs with fabric upholstery.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.Managed by a private host
