Inside, the key draw is the apartment-style approach: free wired internet and internet access help you stay connected, while the building includes a lift/elevator for easier access. Non-smoking throughout is also a plus for guests who prefer a fresher indoor environment. This is a good fit for couples and solo explorers who like having a base close to the promenade, but it can also work for small groups who want the independence of a home-like stay while still being near major landmarks like the Alfredo Kraus Auditorium (about 2 km).
