Golden Views By CanariasGetaway, Las Palmas

Golden Views By CanariasGetaway is a practical base in Las Palmas, Spain, set on Luis Morote, 61, a straightforward address for travelers who want the city’s beach energy without complicated transfers. From here, Las Canteras Beach is about 1 km away, so you can plan morning swims or late-afternoon walks without relying on a car. Families often highlight how easy it is to keep days simple: the area around Parque de Santa Catalina (around 2 km) and Poema del Mar Aquarium (around 2 km) makes for low-effort outings that still feel like a proper itinerary.

Guest feedback is strongly positive for overall comfort and a high service score, with an 8.9/10 rating from recent visitors. Reviewers mention that the property works well for groups who like to come and go, and that the terrace is a welcome place to reset after time on the promenade. Free wired internet and general internet access help when you need to check plans or coordinate with family members, while the tour desk and car hire support make it easier to shape a road-trip day.

If you’re road-trip friendly, the lack of on-site parking is worth noting, so plan for alternatives before you arrive. For beach time, a beach club is available nearby for a surcharge, and beach toys are provided, which can be a small but real convenience when traveling with children.

Best for families and road-trippers who want to stay close to Las Canteras while keeping transport options open for exploring the wider island.
