Costa-Bella Apartment, Los Cristianos

Costa-Bella Apartment is a self-catering base in Los Cristianos, Spain, set at 40 Avenida Juan Carlos I where you can balance beach time with the comfort of having your own space. With a guest rating of 9.4/10 from 23 reviews, it’s the sort of place travelers mention for reliability and a calm stay, particularly when they want an apartment setup rather than a hotel routine. The address puts you within easy reach of Los Cristianos’ seafront atmosphere, and you can also plan day trips to Siam Park (about 4 km) for water-park thrills. Playa de Los Tarajales is roughly 2 km away for a change of scenery when you want a different stretch of sand.

This is best for couples and families who prefer to eat at home sometimes, since an apartment format suits breakfasts, packed lunches, and slower evenings. Guests can unwind on the terrace, and the lift helps if you’re returning with beach gear or groceries. Practical touches matter here: non-smoking rooms keep the stay comfortable, CCTV outside and 24-hour security add peace of mind, and fire extinguishers and smoke alarms reflect a focus on safety. Offsite parking is available with discounted rates, which can be useful if you’re exploring Tenerife beyond Los Cristianos.

Reviewers repeatedly point to the overall smoothness of the stay—check-in and check-out times are clearly defined, and the property provides invoices—so you’re not left guessing when you arrive. If you’re aiming for a straightforward, well-regarded apartment base near the coast, Costa-Bella Apartment is a strong match.
