The check-in process implies a mandatory online registration of each guest, prior to accessing the apartment. The keys to the apartment will be handed over directly in our offices at Calle San Marcos 9, between 3:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. If you arrive after 7:00 p.m., remember to call at least 30 minutes in advance to make sure that someone is available to receive you directly at the apartment for the key delivery.IMPORTANT: Check-in from 9:00 p.m. to 2:00 a.m. carries a supplement of EUR 50 to be paid in cash or by bank card. Please contact our team 48 hours before your arrival and carefully follow the instructions made available to you at all times. MIT House is not responsible for any delay in entering the apartment due to not having carried out said prior process.This accommodations does not allow stag or hen parties or other types of parties.A damage deposit of EUR 200 is required. This will be charged by the property 14 days prior to arrival. It will be done by credit card. It will be returned to you 7 days after check-out. The deposit will be returned in full by credit card once the accommodations has been reviewed.Access to the apartment: this apartment is located within the Area called CENTRAL MADRID with restricted access to road traffic. Keep in mind that, to access the apartment in a private vehicle, you must have the corresponding approval from the General Directorate of Municipal Traffic (DGT). Otherwise you can only access the apartment on foot, or by public transport, taxi or VTC. Mit House is not responsible for any municipal sanction in this regard.IMPORTANT: This apartment is only available for seasonal rentals, in accordance with Article 3 of the Urban Leasing Law (LAU). Guests will sign a seasonal rental agreement upon arrival.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
