The tenant will be required to sign a seasonal rental agreement. It must also include the tenant’s habitual residence address (where they are officially registered) and state the reason for the rental. Please note that if your arrival date is the same as the day you made your reservation, we cannot guarantee that the apartment will be ready for your check-in before 5:30 PM. Currently, roadworks are taking place on the street where the accommodations is located, so there may be noise during the day and limited access.
