Great Villa Near Beach and Marbella, Marbella

Great Villa Near Beach and Marbella is a family-friendly villa stay in Marbella, Spain, set on Avenida de las Cumbres where you can trade the bustle of the center for a calmer base. The beaches are about 1.5 km away and Marbella Old Town is roughly 2 km, so you’re close enough for day trips without having to stay in the thick of it. The villa’s outdoor space is a real draw: there’s a swimming pool for warm afternoons, a terrace for meals and downtime, and BBQ facilities for laid-back evenings at home. Inside, air conditioning helps you stay comfortable when the weather heats up, and the non-smoking setup suits travelers who prefer cleaner indoor air.

With a guest rating of 7.5/10 from two reviews, the feedback is limited but points toward a practical, easy-to-live-in option rather than a high-frills resort experience. Road-trip friendly travelers should note the parking situation: free parking is available, and offsite parking discounted rates are offered, which can make arrival and day-to-day logistics simpler. Families may also appreciate that children are allowed and family rooms are available, making it easier to keep everyone together.

If you want a stay that balances beach time with quick access to sightseeing, this villa fits the bill. You can reach the Old Town for historic streets in about 2 km, head to the seafront promenade around 2 km, and plan a longer outing to Puerto Banús (about 7 km). For couples who like privacy, or business travelers who want space and straightforward comfort, the combination of pool, terrace, and easy parking can be a strong match.
