Marbella Centro con parking, Marbella

Marbella Centro con parking in Marbella, Spain, is a comfortable apartment-style stay for travelers who want the city’s beaches and central sights without complicated logistics. Set on Calle Alonso de Bazán in the Parque de Marbella building (access 5, apart 3C), it’s well placed for easy day-to-day movement, with La Fontanilla Beach and the seafront promenade within about 1 km. Guests consistently rate the property highly, with a 9.7/10 score from eight reviews, and the feedback points to a calm, well-managed base that works for both short breaks and longer stays.

The apartment includes air conditioning, which helps you settle quickly after time outdoors in Marbella’s warmer months. Free wired internet is a practical touch for remote work or planning restaurant and beach days, and the terrace gives you a simple place to pause between outings. The building has a lift, so you can come and go easily, and the property is non-smoking throughout for a cleaner indoor environment. If you’re traveling with a car, the key advantage is the parking included with the stay, which makes it easier to explore beyond the center.

From your base, it’s about 2 km to Marbella’s Old Town and around 2 km to Plaza de los Naranjos, where you can wander streets and stop for coffee. The Museo del Grabado Español Contemporáneo is also roughly 2 km away, adding a cultural option beyond the beach. A tour desk and car hire support are useful if you want to structure day trips along the Costa del Sol rather than rely only on walking.
