Casa Vieites, Merejo

Casa Vieites is a holiday home in Merejo, Spain, set on Merexo 31 and suited to travelers who prefer a quieter base outside the busiest tourist strips. The layout is designed for real downtime: three bedrooms and two bathrooms give families and small groups room to spread out, while the fully equipped kitchen makes it practical to eat in when the weather turns. Guests consistently praise the calm atmosphere and the way the terrace becomes a natural gathering point after time on the coast.

Reviews average 9.4/10 from six guests, with the strongest comments typically pointing to comfort, privacy, and a smooth stay from arrival to check-out. One recurring theme is that the property feels lived-in and easy to manage, not just a place to sleep, which helps if you’re traveling with children or bringing a pet. The free wired internet is useful for planning day trips and keeping in touch, and the offsite parking options with discounted rates and covered parking help reduce the stress of arriving by car.

If you’re mapping your days around the shoreline, Ezaro Waterfall is about 2 km away and Praia das Raias is roughly 2.5 km from the property, both close enough for a short drive and a scenic stop. For a broader sense of the area, you can also build your route around the Ezaro viewpoints and the surrounding Costa de la Muerte coastal scenery.

Casa Vieites is best for couples, families, and pet owners who want a peaceful, car-friendly base with easy access to standout coastal sights.
