Calma Cascada Seaview Apartment, Mijas Costa

Calma Cascada Seaview Apartment is a sea-view apartment in Mijas Costa, Spain, set on Calle Cristobal Colón de Calahonda, 2, where the pace feels calmer than the busier resort strips. With a guest rating of 9/10 from a small number of stays, the overall impression is of a comfortable, straightforward base for people who want the outdoors close by and daily routines that don’t feel complicated. The location suits beach days, since Calahonda Beach is about 1 km away, while Mijas Pueblo is roughly 8 km for those who want traditional streets, viewpoints, and a change of scenery.

Inside, air conditioning helps you stay comfortable when the coastal heat rises, and the apartment’s non-smoking environment is designed for guests who prefer cleaner indoor air. There’s also a swimming pool for downtime between outings, plus a terrace for slower mornings or evening drinks. For families, the setup is practical: family rooms are available, and the pool is fenced, which is reassuring when children are around. When you want to eat outside, BBQ facilities let you keep meals simple without having to plan every dinner around restaurants.

For days out, Bioparc Fuengirola is around 14 km and Aquamijas Water Park is about 15 km, both good options when you want more structured entertainment. Reviewers have highlighted the quiet, residential feel and the ease of getting to the coast, which makes this apartment a good fit for couples and families looking for a relaxed stay with sea views and easy access to Mijas Costa’s attractions.
