Villa Buhardilla by Casitas Select, Mijas

Villa Buhardilla by Casitas Select is a family-friendly villa in Mijas, Spain, located on Rosa de Piedra, a quiet residential stretch that suits road trips and slower days at home. With a guest rating of 9.4/10 from a small set of reviews, the standout theme is the sense of privacy and comfort, with visitors appreciating the villa’s practical setup for staying in as much as heading out. The air conditioning helps keep evenings comfortable, and free wired internet makes it easier to plan beach days or golf outings without hunting for a café. Outdoors, the terrace and BBQ facilities are a natural draw for relaxed meals, while the swimming pool gives the kind of downtime that doesn’t require a schedule.

From the villa, Mijas Pueblo is about 2 km away, where you can wander the historic lanes and take in the views that define this part of the Costa del Sol. La Cala de Mijas Beach is roughly 8 km for sand-and-sun time, and Mijas Golf Club sits around 5 km from the address for golfers looking to combine practice with sightseeing. If you’re visiting for a mix of beach and culture, Fuengirola’s promenade and attractions are within easy reach by car.

This is best for families and groups who want space, outdoor living, and the flexibility of cooking at home, while still being close enough to explore Mijas and the coast. Non-smoking throughout and non-smoking rooms support a calmer atmosphere, and free parking is a helpful extra for drivers.
