Outside these hours we will charge €30 in cash, after 10pm it will be €50 and after 1am it will be €100- If the arrival day is a local or national holiday, weekends, the cost will be 30 EUR until 10 p.m., after 10 p.m. it will be 50 EUR and from 1 a.m. it will be 100 euros.- If the arrival day is 12/24, 12/25, 12/26, 12/31 and 01/01 the charges will be as follows: 50 EUR until 10 p.m., after 10 p.m. 100 euros and after 1 a.m. 150 euros- The Tourist Tax in force in Barcelona 2023 will apply. (€5.5/person/night, over 16 years of age and up to 7 nights).- Smoking is NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. Receiving a report or having evidence that smoking in the apartment will result in immediate eviction from the apartment and a fine of at least 400 euros.- Parties or meetings are NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. If we receive a report and/or the police, security or neighbors intervene, you will have to pay a fine of €500 (in addition to the police fine).This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
