The air-conditioning system in the villas operates from 14:00 to 16:00 and from 20:00 to 08:00.This timer system works this way mainly for environmental reasons and to avoid excessive use of the air conditioning machinesIn case your keys get lost or if your leave your keys inside the property, an extracharge of 50 Euros will be applied to you in case this happens in working hours and a an extracharge of 75 Euros will be applied to you in case this happens out of working hours. The new keys must be collected by the guest at our office.On the check-out day, no trash should be left on the property. Guests must remove it; otherwise, a €150 waste management fee will be applied.Guest registration is required by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021, of October 26) and Greece (Law 4446/2016). Therefore, closer to your arrival date, we will send an online check-in link for all guests to register.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in.
