Apartamentos LIVVO Coloradamar, Playa Blanca

Apartamentos LIVVO Coloradamar is a 4-star apartment-style stay in Playa Blanca, Spain, set on Calle Las Buganvillas 4, a calm base for exploring the south coast. With a guest rating of 9.2/10 from 98 reviews, it’s the kind of place travelers mention when they want a comfortable, well-kept stay rather than a purely hotel-style experience. The apartments are designed for day-to-day living, and the air conditioning helps when you’re returning from beach time. Families and groups often like having space to unwind, while couples value the quieter rhythm and the option to keep routines simple.

The outdoor swimming pool and terrace give you a reliable place to reset between outings, and luggage storage plus a safety deposit box add practical comfort for arrivals and late departures. Non-smoking rooms are available, which suits guests who prefer cleaner indoor air. On the road-trip side, parking is free, and the property notes discounted offsite parking rates, which can matter if you’re juggling multiple vehicles or day trips.

Location-wise, you’re well placed for Playa Blanca’s coastal highlights: Papagayo Beaches are about 2 km away for dramatic coves and clear water, while Montaña Roja is also around 2 km for views and short hikes. Playa Blanca Marina is roughly 1 km from the apartments, making it easy to reach waterfront dining and evening strolls.

This is best for families and pet owners who want a relaxed, apartment-based stay with dependable comfort, and for travelers who plan to spend their days outdoors and their evenings in a quieter residential pocket of Playa Blanca.
