The air-conditioning system in the villas operates from 14:00 to 16:00 and from 20:00 to 08:00.This timer system works this way mainly for environmental reasons and to avoid excessive use of the air conditioning machinesIn case of lost keys or if keys are left inside the accommodations, a fee of €50 will apply during office hours and €75 outside of those hours. Replacement keys must be collected by the guest at our office. On the day of departure, no trash should be left on the property. Guests are required to remove all waste; otherwise, a €150 waste management fee will be charged. Guest registration is mandatory by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021 of October 26) and in Greece (Law 4446/2016). Shortly before arrival, we will send an online check-in link to register all guests.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in.
