Apartamentos Marivista, Playa Del Ingles

Apartamentos Marivista is a practical apartment-style stay in Playa del Inglés, Spain, set on Avda. Madrid, 12, where you can balance beach time with easy access to the resort’s activity. The property’s appeal is its calm, residential feel paired with the convenience of being close to Playa de Veril and Playa del Inglés Beach, so you can walk out for sun and sea without building a whole day around transport. Guests consistently highlight the well-kept grounds and the relaxing outdoor space, and the overall guest rating of 9.5/10 from two reviews suggests visitors are pleased with the experience.

Inside, you’ll find non-smoking rooms and air conditioning, which matters in the warmer months when you want a comfortable place to reset between outings. WiFi is available, including free WiFi, making it easier to plan routes or keep in touch during your stay. There’s also a swimming pool and a terrace, plus a garden setting that gives the property a softer edge than many purely urban apartment blocks.

This is best for families and couples who want self-catering flexibility while still being within reach of Playa del Inglés’s entertainment and dining. For a change of scenery, the Maspalomas Dunes are about 3.6 km away, and Holiday World Maspalomas is roughly 2.9 km, both good for a half-day excursion. If you’re planning evenings around Yumbo Centrum, it’s about 1.2 km from the apartments, so you can return to quieter surroundings when you’re ready to wind down.
