Rincon de Rita with Pool, Playa Fañabe Overview
Rincon de Rita with Pool is located in Playa Fañabe, Spain. Rated 7.1 out of 10 based on 7 guest reviews.
Rincon de Rita with Pool is an apartment-style stay in Playa Fañabe, Guatemala, 4, 5, where the appeal is the combination of a quiet base and easy access to the coast. In this 1-bedroom setup, you can live at your own pace with a kitchen and living room, which is handy for longer beach days or simple in-apartment meals. The property also includes a lift, so moving between floors is straightforward, and free wired internet helps if you need to stay connected. A shared exercise/lap pool adds a practical option for a swim when you don’t want to head straight to the sand.
Location matters here: Playa de Troya and La Pinta Beach are within walking distance, and Golf Costa Adeje is nearby for players who want to fit a round into a short break. For bigger outings, Siam Park and Aqualand Costa Adeje are both reachable by car, making it easy to plan a full day of attractions.
Guest feedback is mixed but generally positive, with an overall rating of 7.1/10 based on seven reviews. Travelers often mention the convenience of the area and the value of having a pool on-site, while the smaller number of reviews suggests you should read carefully and set expectations accordingly. Families are welcome, and the apartment format can work well for road-trip friendly travellers who prefer flexibility over strict hotel schedules.
Best for couples and families who want a self-catering base in Playa Fañabe with a pool and good access to beaches and golf, rather than a property focused purely on nightlife.

Should You Book Rincon de Rita with Pool?

Best For
- Travelers who prefer an apartment-style setup with a kitchen and living room for longer, flexible beach days
- Golf-focused visitors who want easy access to Golf Costa Adeje (about 1.5 km) and Golf on site
- Beachgoers who want to be close to Playa del Duque (about 2.0 km) while still having a calmer base
- Families traveling with children who want a place that explicitly allows children and offers an exercise/lap pool
Not Ideal For
- Guests who need on-site parking, since parking is not available
- Travelers who rely on strong review confidence, given the rating is based on only 7 reviews
- Guests who want to be right next to the biggest theme-park attractions, since Siam Park (about 7.0 km) is farther than Playa del Duque and Aqualand Costa Adeje (about 5.0 km)
What to Expect
You arrive to a quiet Playa Fañabe base that feels more like a self-paced apartment than a traditional hotel stay, with a kitchen and living room to settle in. Mornings can start with a swim in the exercise/lap pool, then you can head out toward the coast, including Playa del Duque about 2 km away. The area works well for day trips to bigger attractions like Aqualand Costa Adeje and Siam Park, while golf options are nearby. Reviews are limited but the overall 7.1/10 suggests a generally solid experience for the right traveler who values the apartment-style flexibility.
